In addition to offering psychological assessments and coaching, we also provide career coaching. Sometimes, it's useful to have input from career-based assessments in order to focus the coaching. The following are some instruments that we find useful.
Knowdell Career Values (online assessment) This simple tool allows you to prioritize your values in as little as five minutes. Fifty-four variables of work satisfaction—such as time freedom, precision work, power, technical competence, and public contact—are listed and described.
