We do not work with the DiSC since we find it difficult to triangulate with other personality type models due to certain anomalies.
Instead, we offer the Berens Interaction Styles model, which is based on the same theory of Social Styles. This framework holds more richness than the DiSC for us, and it meshes accurately with the Cognitive Processes and Temperament models, which the DiSC does not.
