We do not offer the DiSC since we find it difficult to triangulate with other personality type models due to some of its shortcomings.
Instead, we offer the Berens Interaction Styles assessment, which is based on the same theory of Social Styles. This assessment holds more richness than the DiSC, and it triangulates accurately with the Cognitive Processes and Temperament models.
