We are happy to deliver presentations to groups in the form of a 2-hour interactive seminar with experiential exercises.
The topics listed below are examples of presentations we've delivered on many occasions, and which gained "featured speaker" recognition for Vicky Jo at the international Share Conference in New York City in August 2004.
These seminars can be delivered "as-is," or please contact us to tailor a presentation to suit your requirements.

Each of us has three personalities: our core self, our adapted self, and our contextual self. This session reveals tension between these "sub-personalities" that may cause hidden stress. We then offer options for how to reconcile differences and establish equilibrium within our Selves. PREREQUISITE: you must have attended the "Discover Your Personality Type" seminar.

Conflict is common in the workplace and often seems unavoidable. The science of Interaction Styles reveals the source of common clashes and tensions. This session explains variants between styles and describes how these dynamics impact work and social interactions. Interaction Styles is based on observable behavior patterns and refers to patterns of interaction that are both highly contextual and yet innate. Interaction Styles tells us the "how" of our behavior. Knowing our interaction style helps us locate interpersonal conflicts and situational energy drains. It gives us a map for greater flexibility in our interactions with others.

Current statistics say the average person will change careers 7 times in their lifetime! Would you like an inner compass to guide you toward work that's right for you? This session describes 4 different organizing patterns of personality based in descriptions of behavior that go back over twenty-five centuries. It tells us the "why" of behavior, explains what motivates us, and reveals sources of deep psychological stress. Knowing our temperament pattern tells us our core needs and values as well as the talents we are more likely to be drawn to develop, which in turn determines the satisfaction we feel.
The term "leader" conjures up visions of power and control. Yet today's successful leaders do not display these clichéd styles of leadership. This session provides examples of effective "low-key" leaders and details today's paradigm shift about what constitutes effective management techniques. If you believe operating in a less flamboyant fashion means you aren't leadership material, this session is for you.
