We all must interact with other people — it’s simply a fact of life. And we all experience frustration and delight as a result of those interactions. So doesn’t it make sense to learn more about what your unconscious needs are for interpersonal transactions with others? What do you secretly want from them?

Social Styles, as this research is referred to, has been around since the 1920′s, and a myriad of people have created assessments and built models based on this original research. However, this is the only model that “maps” accurately to other personality models. (Learn more about this model here.)

This model describes aspects of ourselves that are flexible, and can adapt readily to different situations. And yet, we all have our limits. This framework sheds light on what we unconsciously strive for, and where we can inadvertently “flip out” if we aren’t careful.

Using this model, you will encounter 4 dimensions of personality to explore and measure yourself against. Each of these dimensions provide greater understanding of human nature, and insights into aspects of behavior you have probably never considered before.

Knowing how you interact with others can be a powerful catalyst for success in personal and business relationships. This course includes a full explanation of Interaction Style theory coupled with experiential exercises to reinforce the knowledge.

You will self-select the Interaction Style you feel most comfortable with.

It is expected that you have a clear understanding of your Temperament preferences before embarking on this program. After phase 1 and phase 2, you will know your type code. Subsequent phases deepen your understanding of type, but are not required to determine your pattern. They will, however, confirm and amplify your understanding.

The teaching portion of this program is best conducted via computer webinar with helpful visuals and simultaneously on the phone for audio, and then the follow-up coaching sessions are typically done over the phone.
